Conversion from sterling into euros @ rate of stg .90 (7th December 2009)

The minimum rental period is 7 days. Normal occupancy is based on 2 people per room. Changeover days are Saturday. Prices include electricity, gas, maid service (5 days per week for 2 hours per day). Access to Villa Andecca is after 4pm on arrival - Clients must leave by 10am on the day of their departure.

25% must be paid to secure a deposit with the following 75% paid 6 weeks before departure. If payment terms are not observed a booking may be cancelled. A full booking form which gives details of terms and conditions will be emailed to you for full review.
