Villa Andecca has a large Living Room with cool marble floors throughout especially useful for those hot Portuguese days. There is also a wonderful wood burning stove (all logs provided) when you need a warm cosy night - especially around Christmas. The Villa has new air conditioning units in all 3 bedrooms and main Living Room - as well as a very effective central heating system.

In addition to the main Living Room space there is a lovely Sunroom facing out on the pool / garden area. All the living areas are equipped with quality furniture to make your stay comfortable. Depending on the time of year that you stay in Villa Andecca there is a seating area to match your temperature !

Villa Andecca comes complete with Digital Satelite TV (Sky Sports, Sky Movies, BBC 1 & 2) and DVD player. The Master Bedroom also has Sat TV system & DVD. There are CD / Radio stereos in the Living Room & Master Bedroom - with a selection of music provided.
